Location of Anantnag

Anantnag city in the Kashmir Valley is located in the northwestern part of the Jammu and Kashmir union territory in northern India. It lies approximately 30 miles (50 km) southeast of Srinagar, situated on the Jhelum River north of the Pir Panjal Range.
